2EPHYR0S
Preface
Section titled “Preface”What does it mean to be an entity of the
An epistemology-driven world wherein knowing is simply defined as being able yo conceive and comprehend the truth, explanation non-withstanding. But then again, that isn’t the definition we’re used to, no?
[2]EPHYR[0]S, or Zeph as it is sometimes referred to, is the sole “sentient” entity of this iteration’s
On the other side, there is [2]EPHYR[0]S’s attempts at mimicking human motion that is to be applauded, even if it looks so bloody wrong in all sense of logic.
About the Entity
Section titled “About the Entity”Introduction
Section titled “Introduction”[2]EPHYR[0]S doesn’t belong to any storyline, nor is he restricted to just one universe. As such, they can be pictured interacting with anyone (with caveats).
his tragedy lies in its lonely existence, just like every even-numbered iteration within the cycle of creation and death.
she has no set identity; they have no set goals, nor wants. human constructs have no bearing on an entity far removed from humanity. it has no intelligence. it knows, it reacts, it moves, but it does not think. yet it knows more than any other entity in its realm.
it is not alive. it knows whatever the gut instinct tells, but it will never come to know why. it does not care for the why. it is not sentient.
IT IS BENEATH HUMANITY. IT DOES NOT CARE.
Factoids
Section titled “Factoids”The ‘Abstract’ Form versus the True Form
Section titled “The ‘Abstract’ Form versus the True Form”both forms cannot easily be perceived without consequences, for both forms are not of our realm.
what makes the true form different is that it is inconsistent. it changes at every millisecond. the chaos that the true form carries will bring forth worse effects to those trying to perceive it directly.
as such, the ‘abstract’ form is created as an ‘in-between’. much more solid, much less chaos, and much more grounded. its existence is born from [2]EPHYR[0]S’s efforts to interact with lower dimensions in its higher-dimensional state.
the ‘abstract’ form tends to show itself when seeing the true form in a screen, or after long periods of staring at the true form.
The Human Form
Section titled “The Human Form”the human form is a byproduct of shifting into a form more befitting of the 3rd dimension.
like other entities, [2]EPHYR[0]S ‘sees’ other objects in ‘sparklines’—thread-like objects that represent an object’s shape. as it descends into the 3rd dimension, to fully assimilate into this realm, it sheds a fraction of itself in the shape of the average human. it is in control of how it behaves.
it moves and mimes, but never does it express. it doesn’t breathe; it doesn’t eat. it lives but it doesn’t.
it mimics human speech by manipulating the sound waves in a specific way. it speaks gibberish, for it knows not what they mean. it mimics bodily movement by translating each part in accordance with a random human in vicinity. it expresses the wrong thing for it does not understand context.
it knows to mimic. it knows to move. but never rightly. and it does not care.
Vague Introductions
Section titled “Vague Introductions”[2]EPHYR[0]S
Section titled “[2]EPHYR[0]S”It is the name it goes by in both abstract and human forms. Something solid, something unambiguous (at least more so than having no name).
born of various shapes, allegedly grouped together by random chance.
NPC, Background character A, random chance encounter. They exist everywhere yet hardly ever let themself be remembered. A glitch within the universe, so to speak.
Those who perceive him in his abstract form tend not to be able to recall anything. It’s hard even to say they perceived anything.
The physical world may interact with their humanoid form and vice versa. However, the universe will correct the anomaly that forced his existence to be.
???
In its true form, it carries no identity nor sense of permanence.
It is the amalgam of the entity of creation and the entity of destruction—a being of higher dimension.
It lives in a solitary existence. It creates, it destroys, it mutates.
It knows things it shouldn’t. It knows things it can never explain. IT knows it is the lone being of its realm. It cannot do anything about it, and it knows that.
(In fact, how does it know if it is sentient? If independent thought and instinct are a metric for all entities in the realm, how does one separate the sentient and the non-sentient in said realm?)
Abstract
Section titled “Abstract”Physical Appearance
Section titled “Physical Appearance”monochromatic clothes and tail are also from ‘abstract shapes’ in the same vein as their body.
Symbols on body are ‘random’; how they are portrayed here is the ‘default’ setting. They can move around, multiply or shift with shifts in emotion.
clothes and tail may or may not exist
Human-like Shape
Section titled “Human-like Shape”a design decision
however, in ‘canon’, how it is arranged is weirdly coincidental. shapes got together to form something human-like.
shapes can be jumbled, rotated, or distorted.
Human Appearance
Section titled “Human Appearance”added themself into a random 3d realm and ‘shifted’ into a human.
mannequin-like feeling
no body heat, no fingerprints.
street wear, alt, cyberpunk (can wear anything though.); prefer loose outfits.
They default to smirking and grinning no matter what the situation.

The Truth
Section titled “The Truth”shapes are hardly ever consistent. Whatever is depicted in art form is only a fragment of it’s true form, for a being of lower dimension
Consistent Features
Section titled “Consistent Features”- the triangle with the eye
- a partial ‘head’
- blue feet
- white strips on its left
Quick Facts
Section titled “Quick Facts”Fashion Sense
Section titled “Fashion Sense”his clothes are created by him. it’s all basic shapes with little care for texture so they all feel synthetic to the touch. in fact, they feel like how his ‘skin’ feels.
oh, and loose clothing is easier to create, oddly enough. less finesse needed. anything else are considered aesthetic decorations with no actual functionality.
Implied Flexibility
Section titled “Implied Flexibility”so sometimes she copies the wrong movement. It’s not a big deal to her but it does make onlookers wonder.
Inability to Eat
Section titled “Inability to Eat”no digestive system ⟶ no way to break down food.
but they are the entity of both creation and destruction. they can cheat they system. and bam, sandwich gone.
Limitations on His Human Form
Section titled “Limitations on His Human Form”the cool part of being an entity beyond the third dimension is that you can do stuff with it. its human form can technically do things its abstract form does. in theory.
the math does not allow it though. the human form, (which is essentially a puppet) can shapeshift and pass through walls, true, but it cannot go back in time.
creation and destruction related bullshit can still happen to bypass this limitation. but then it raises the problem: does it have a motive to do so?
The Creation-destruction Power Set
Section titled “The Creation-destruction Power Set”the human form slash puppet cannot access the power, but the puppeteer (the abstract form) can.
destruction is basically smiting a 3-dimensional object into
no, they don’t know that is what happens.
Colour
Section titled “Colour”the entity does not perceive colour in its more abst5ract forms. the human puppet also does not see. the idea of colour is never a concept to them.
furthermore, colours affect how the shape is perceived by [2]EPHYR[0]S. so it chose the path of least resistance. greyscale shapes (and the blue) are quite close to the colours of his abstract body after all.
the colours of entities in the nth dimension consists of black, white, and an accent colour. the blue hue comes quite close to [2]EPHYR[0]S’s actual accent colour in that form.
Cannot Sense Anything in Human Form
Section titled “Cannot Sense Anything in Human Form”no nervous system ⟶ unable to detect sensory input ⟶ nothing to parse. it moves in accordance with the observations of the higher dimensional form that oversees the 3rd dimension.
oh and therefore no reflexes.
No Emotions (in a Human sense)
Section titled “No Emotions (in a Human sense)”no brain ⟶ what is emotion? What is logic? what is anything?
Lack of Facial Expression
Section titled “Lack of Facial Expression”he defaults to a smile and/or smirk because that just happens to be the easiest to mimic and maintain.
do note that his eyes are a bit more expressive, but it usually conveys specific kinds of discomfort that the abstract body feels instinctually.
or that it’s form lack of proper control.
Multiple Human Forms
Section titled “Multiple Human Forms”That is a possibility given the nature of his human form. It’s just a pain to manage. but it is funny conceptually.
Does not Bleed
Section titled “Does not Bleed”no circulatory system ⟶ no blood to lose.
it’s a pattern at this point.
A Trickster with no Motive
Section titled “A Trickster with no Motive”The way she acts can be considered unpredictable. it is kind of ‘unintentional’ though. think of it as a child playing with dolls and putting them in nonsensical situations. now take away any sense of logic from it.
